Bernard Acoca as CEO of Zaxby’s
Bernard Acoca is a seasoned restaurant executive with more than 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry. He previously served as president and chief operating officer of El Pollo Loco, Inc. from 2021 to 2018 and president of Starbucks Coffee Company for seven years. Acoca replaces Zach McLeroy as Zaxby’s CEO after McLeroy announced his intention to transition into an executive chairman role after nearly two decades at the helm of the fast-casual chicken chain.
